Our company was developed as a result of a continued need to educate doctors in medical-legal issues that affect the practices, both on a federal and state level.

The owners of the company have over 23 years of experience in the medical-legal fields. One of the principals of the company, a chiropractor and a retired criminal law enforcement investigator. Obtaining his law degree in 2000, he has used his experience to lecture in the medical-legal field for numerous state, federal, local organizations, and conventions. He lectures in the areas of medical malpractice, risk management, medical records, chiropractic law, fraud, accident investigation and criminal law as it relates to the practice of chiropractic and medicine.
